Information introduction on welding processing of steel structure in welding of large structure parts

Steel structure welding is an important part of large-scale structure welding. It connects a variety of parts through welding, riveting or bolt connection. These parts are connected with each other and restrict each other to form a whole.
1. The assembly of components shall be carried out on the assembly platform, assembly support frame or special equipment. The assembly platform and assembly support frame shall have sufficient strength and stiffness, and shall facilitate the loading, unloading and positioning of components.
2. The components can be assembled by means of ground sample method, profiling copy assembly method, tire mold assembly method and special equipment assembly method; Vertical and horizontal assembly can be adopted during assembly.
3. The assembly clearance of components shall meet the requirements of design and process documents. When there are no provisions in the design and process documents, the assembly clearance shall not be greater than 2.0mm.
4. The welding shrinkage shall be preset during the assembly of welded components, and the reasonable distribution of welding shrinkage shall be carried out for each component.
5. Members requiring arching in the design shall be arching according to the specified arching value during assembly.
